Our apartment, situated on the 1st floor of a 18th century building (under protection of “City of Nice Heritage Sites Office”) offers the advantage of a being right in the heart of Vieux Nice district where Nice Earldom and Savoy Kingdom history and fine architecture blend well with French culture.

The apartment was recently renovated: it’s now provided with a modern and independent kitchen, a bathroom with a large shower and bidet; the living room and the bedroom are practically furnished and well-appointed and all details are managed to enable you to have a pleasant and relaxing stay in French Riviera.

The kitchen is furnished with: sink (instantaneous hot and cold water), dishwasher, electric oven, microwave oven, fridge, extractor fan and an electric coffee pot.
The light blue mosaic tailed bathroom is comfortable and well-lighted also because of the 3 light points. The size of the shower unit will allow you to have a relaxing hot shower by the 100 litres electric boiler giving instantaneous warm water contribution. In the winter the halogen heater will warm the temperature up in the room while the little window and the fan will enable the air circulation.
