Arrivals and departures

The apartments, web site, and service are run personally to ensure you get the utmost care and the best value for money. We also verify their tip-top condition, immaculate cleanliness, and perfect running order. We therefore expect our guests to respect the places and to keep them clean and tidy.
Our apartments are fitted with practical, but nice furniture and simple decor which is not too personalized, to make you feel more at ease.
When booking, in the event that we are unable to welcome you personally, we will supply you with the contact telephone number of our locally based care taker as well as any other tips and help you might need. Please, contact us  for additional information.
 
 

You are kindly requested to contact us (in case of our absence, please contact our local aid - our assistant on site -) about 15/30 minutes before your arrival so that we can meet you at the stated meet up point (see and link please "how getting there"). For this purpose, it is sufficient that you send a sms txt when you're at the airport or at the train station. Please note that if you arrive from the airport, you should take the special line "bus "98" and get off (after about 23 minutes) at bus stop "Nice Cathedrale Vieille Ville". This is the meet up point for those coming from the airport. If you come by train, from the railway station "Nice Ville", you should take the tram "T1 line" (direction "Hopital Pasteur") and get off after 7 minutes, at tram stop called "Opera - Vieille Ville" (we'll wait for you just there). After meeting you we will  take you to the apartment. Allow us to repeat that, in order to better manage the arrival phase, it is sufficient that you send a sms txt-when you're at the airport (before taking Bus n° 98) or at the SNCF train station (before taking the tram).                ;-)
 
Departure

Our care taker or us will meet you at the apartment to collect the keys 15 minutes prior to your departure. Departure times before, and above all after the agreed and stated time, can be arranged depending on availability.
