Our accommodations are located in Nice Old Town district, 10 metres far from « Cours Saleya » the meeting point for both the locals and tourists because of its close proximity to beaches, markets, cafes, restaurants, for all tastes and pockets .
“Coeur de Nice 1 – la Poissonnerie” and “Coeur de Nice 2 – le Saint Gaetan”  are perfectly located if you desire to “dive” into the typical atmosphere you can breathe in the old town, fantastic place full of history, perfumes, flavors, aromas and colors but it’s also an ideal base for discovering the capital of the French Riviera and its breath-taking coast-line dotted with enchanting villages and gems like the Principality of Monaco.
This website aims to provide you with information about our apartments as well as useful knowledge about Nice and some of its cultural and leisure activities.
